Nicolas Duprey: I am a post-doc at the University of Hong Kong. In the last 200 yrs Humans have been modifying planet Earth like never before. Climate, nutrient cycles, biodiversity… the planet is changing and I want know the extent of these changes and understand the consequences for the environment and for us. I am particularly interested by our impact on the rainforests of the sea : coral reefs. I will explain how corals can be used to understand the climate of the past, to better understand our changing planet.
