Owners of efarm, Fanling, Augustine To and Teresa Chan started efarm (www.efarmhk.com) in 2007 with an emphasis on environmental protection in farming. As permaculture teachers, they introduce an aquaponic system for large scale fish raising and vegetable growing in Hong Kong. To and Chan received the HK Sustainable Development Fund to raise black soldier flies to treat food waste. They recently won the Go Green Awards 2015 presented by New Media Group.
