Andrea has over 15 years of policy and consultancy experiences in sustainability. She advises the British Consul-General on climate change and energy policy issues and works with the worldwide climate change and energy network of the UK government to foster experience exchange and deliver its international strategies. Before joining the British Consulate-General Hong Kong, she was involved in providing consultancy and training services to clients in both private and public sectors as well as schools and universities. She worked for Axis Consulting, Hyder Consulting and Hong Kong Productivity Council in the past. Andrea has a MSc in environmental management from Manchester University and BSc in biochemistry from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
